In the last decade, soft tissue surgery for implants in the esthetic zone became vital. After bone regeneration and implant placement, a soft tissue augmentation is mandated for implant esthetics and longevity. However, the challenges of this procedure are unexpected results and complications. This lecture will discuss handling soft tissue grafts, surgical techniques, and case presentations for clinicians to approach their patients.
