Dr. Yong-Dae Kwon is a full-time Associate Professor and Chairman of the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Kyung Hee University School of Dentistry. He is also the Vice-Dean of Research Aairs, at Kyung Hee University School of Dentistry. Dr. Kwon holds a DMD from Kyung Hee University, Dental School, Seoul, and later an MSD followed by a PhD from the Kyung Hee University Graduate School. He has been an ITI Fellow since 2006 and Study Club Coordinator for the Korean ITI Section, as well as a Member of the ITI University Programs Committee. Additionally, he holds a seat on the Korean Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and is a Fellow of the International Board for the Certification of Specialists in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (IBCSOMS). Dr. Kwon is interested in the clinical and research areas of bone graft, sinus floor elevation, bone metabolism, and dental implants.
